Silent meditation for 45 minutes (two 20 minute periods, with 5 minute silent break in between), prefaced by 10 minutes of overview, and followed by 15 minutes of instruction, questions and answers if required. Attendees may use existing chairs or bring their own cushions. Open to public, all are welcome.
