Tools for Courageous Conversations

Looking for effective ways to communicate with those you care about on difficult topics? This workshop is right for the times we are in. Come learn strategies and techniques developed to aid in difficult situations using exercises from the Alternatives to Violence Project and Nonviolent Communications.
Learn from two highly experienced facilitators in the field:
- Joseph Anastasio, L.C.S.W. psychotherapist, trained mediator, and lecturer at Wilmington University
- Rick Grier Reynolds, former distinguished teacher and history/social science department chair at Wilmington Friends School who has been recognized for innovative teaching of economics, international relations, and peace studies by various regional, national, and international organizations
